<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I just switched to beta 5 from beta 4. I made
the appropriate changes in my code and I am getting a peculiar error.
Whenever I call getText or getTextTrim on an Element, I'm getting a
NoSuchMethodError, which usually indicates a linkage problem. I rebuilt
JDOM from the source and I still have the problem. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I'm using version 1.3 of the JDK and the latest
version of Xerces that ships with JDOM. I see this problem on the
Professional and Server versions of Windows 2000. Has anybody else seen
this problem? I can work around it by reverting to the deprecated
function, getContent, but I would prefer to move to getText. Any help
would be appreciated.</FONT></DIV>
