<DIV><FONT size=1>I am making an online survey system with approximately one
respondent submitting data (which I translate to XML) every second. The problem
is that the Document becomes rather large after say 1000 respondents have
entered the Document. If the machine crashes then the 1000 respondents is lost
because the data was not written to disk. So the question is if there is a sort
of append function in JDOM such that I wouldn't have to write out the whole
Document every so often to have a persistent copy on disk?</FONT></DIV>
