[jdom-interest] Inline DOCTYPE declarations

Hey all-

  I was working on the inline DOCTYPE entities today, and found a bug in
Xerces that is holding me up. I've submitted that, and have someone at
IBM/Apache looking at it. Once that is fixed, I can pretty easily finish
my code, and get that in. So, it's coming soon, for those of you who
asked for it. Just wanted to give a quick update.
