[jdom-interest] DOMOutputter changes

All-

  Yusuf is doing well lately ;-) I just committed a patch by Yusuf to
allow DOMOutputter to output a DOM Element from a JDOM Element. This, in
tandem with his earlier patch to allow building a JDOM Element from a
DOM Element, makes us nice and friendly with those DOM guys. So check it
out, it's in CVS.
