[jdom-interest] getText and NullPointerException

I've just made some more changes to getText in Element.java. Try these
and let me know if it resolves the NullPointerException.

In the future, reporting an Exception without the stack trace or echo of
your screen is really difficult to track. Can you be sure that send the
trace when running on future errors?
