Just integrated the patch.

Oops, didn't notice that remark until I integrated the patch.  I
wouldn't have integrated it had I seen it.  Just did some minimal
testing myself and it looked OK.

BTW, Brett wrote this when we started talking about this:

You didn't make any changed to PartialList.  Brett, do you want to make
clear what changes you'd see?  The problem probably is that if you get
the list of content for the document itself and add an element to it,
there needs to be a setDocument() called!
