[jdom-interest] JDOMResult issues

I've just committed a patch to SAXHandler.java, which should help in some of
the various EmptyStackException reports that I've been seeing reported in
using JDOMResult and JDOMSource, for XSL transformations.

I need those of you trying to use this functionality to please check out
CVS, and test things out... and report all progress, both good and bad.
