Yup. It doesn't just ignore the DTD; it ignores all entities. So I'm
sort of uncomfortable with the method being named setIgnoreDTD().
Instead, maybe setIgnoreEntities()?

Or just put something in the FAQ. I'm agnostic on the issue.
