[jdom-interest] JDOM and Apache Xerces-J 2.0.0

I did some testing with 2.0.0 and found some bugs (mostly involving DOM
I/O) which I filed in their bug database.  See the TODO for a listing. 
Brad also did performance testing and found that it slowed down on large
files, as compared to 1.4.4.  For these two reasons we have 1.4.4 as the
current default.

I'd be curious if anyone else has experience?
