[jdom-interest] JDOM and Apache Xerces-J 2.0.0

I'm using a CVS build of JDOM against Xerces 2 (I wanted the better
Schema support in 2).

I've not done any perf tests so I can't comment but it's coped with
everything I've thrown at it so far (which isn't a great deal yet),
