Hi,
I hereby contribute the "LineNumberSAXBuilder" example (slightly reworked).
Look upon it as an example of how to subclass the SAXBuilder (I couldn't
find an existing one, at least not after a quick look).
I also supply an Iterator for walking a JDOM tree. I've used
variations of this *a lot* for the last couple of years. This is my
latest incarnation that uses org.jdom.filter.Filter for selecting
only the interesting stuff.
