[jdom-interest] Moving elements

"It's impossible to ensure that a content given back from a getContent will be not removed later."
That's the case with or without this proposed change - it's the design of JDOM that the returned lists are live in this way.

This seems to be error prone. It's impossible to ensure that a content
given back from a getContent will be not removed later. An explicit
call like getContentDetached or removeContent shoud be better.
