[jdom-interest] Bug fix in SAXBuilder and DOMBuilder

All-

  Just made a little bugfix to SAXBuilder and DOMBuilder - now it checks
for "xmlns:" instead of just "xmlns" on attribute names. This is of
course from a long time ago, to avoid problems when some goofy user uses
xmlnsfoo as an attribute name ;-)
